Message to Owners About Spa
![]() ![]() ![]() Re: Message to Owners About Spa Dear Boulders Owners, This past weekend a group of young people had a party in our pool/Spa area. Alcohol and glass bottles were involved. The result of this unauthorized activity was broken glass on the pavement and bottles at the bottom of our spa, and blood in the clubhouse. Needless to say, this activity is dangerous for us and our guests, and is a violation of our CC&Rs. It required a specialized clean up crew, which, of course, is paid for through our assessments. In addition, someone added soap or bubble bath to the spa. This is terrible for the equipment as it creates too much air in the system, creating an air lock. It takes a lot of time to release it and it has a detrimental impact on our equipment. As owners it’s our responsibility to make sure all of our guests are aware of the rules and abide by them. Since we don’t have a security officer onsite, it’s up to all of us to police this type of activity. When we see it happening, ask the partiers to leave the area and make a phone call to Associa at 1-775-626-7333 to alert them to this activity. Leave the date, location and time so we can attempt to locate the perpetrators. When we do, the owner of the unit will be held responsible. ALL AVAILABLE SPACE WILL BE UTILIZED FOR SNOW STORAGE * * * SEVERE WEATHER ALERT * * * ISSUED FEB 27, 2024 BY THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE WHAT…..Blizzard conditions likely, particularly from Friday evening through Saturday morning. Snow accumulations between 2 and 4 feet for Lake Tahoe communities, with 4 to 8 feet above 7000 feet. Winds gusting to 60 mph in lower elevations and above 100 mph over Sierra ridges. WHERE….Greater Lake Tahoe Area. WHEN…From 10 AM Thursday to 10 AM PST Sunday. IMPACT…..Whiteout conditions with near zero visibility at times due to blowing snow. The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS… A Blizzard Warning means severe winter weather conditions are expected or occurring. Falling and blowing snow with strong winds are likely.
