Bear Activity: The bear population is very active right now and breaking into stores, garages and cars that are unlocked. Remember do not put food in your garage as they can tear down the door. They have broken into the pizza parlor near The Boulders and have been active in the garbage cans next to the complex. Be sure to keep food items inside the house or condos. Notify Associa (the management company) should you notice bear activity in The Boulders.

Wanted to let you know that our landscape crew will begin applying pre-emergent to the property starting this week.
They will be using blue dye during the application to help the crew identify which areas have already been sprayed and ensure proper coverage. The dye is safe for animals and is temporary. It typically takes about 2–3 days to fade and should be completely gone within a week.
You may want to let your tenants know of this application.
Please let us know if you have any questions.
