The Boulders Entry Closures Announcement

Homeowner Announcement

Next week [August 3, 2026-ed.] on the roundabout project, there well be the need to start closing the Dolomite Way entrance into the Boulders during the workday. The closures would be off and on Monday-Friday from 7:30am-3:00pm and would be open as usual at the end of every workday. They will obviously only close the entrance as necessary and will of course allow emergency vehicle access if needed. As we’ve discussed before, we understand that the closures are an inconvenience, but it is the safest and most efficient way to get done what they need to on that side of the roundabout which will ultimately lessen the duration of the inconvenience. Owners, please notify your tenants about this notification.

Asphalt Sealing Scheduled, July 20-23, 2026 [Updated]

This is a reminder to you that the asphalt sealing for The Boulders is scheduled to occur Monday 7/20/2026 & Tuesday 7/21/2026 & Wednesday 7/22/2026 & Thursday 7/23/2026.

This is the entire complex including roads and driveways.

Please move all vehicles, trailers, and any other items out of your driveway before we arrive. We also ask that you turn off your sprinklers or redirect them away from the driveway, as water can affect the fresh sealant. After your driveway has been sealed, please avoid driving on it for at least 24 hours (48 hours is ideal for best results). You may walk on the driveway after 3–4 hours, as long as the surface appears dry. We also recommend removing your shoes before entering your home on the day of sealing to prevent tracking in any residue.

Thank you,
Elements Mountain Company, for Associa / Boulders Condominium Association

Please Note:
We will begin work at 7:30 AM and finish at 4 PM.
If your area is being sealed please have your car out by 7:30 AM and plan not to drive on this area again until 4 PM.
You may walk over the sealant as soon as it appears to be dry and is dry to the touch.
You may drive on the sealant after we have finished working and have opened up that area.

SPA update!

The SPA coping has been installed, and the contractor will start plastering the SPA today or tomorrow. Then they will fill the SPA with water and start adjusting the water chemistry.

We are in the final step of curing the plaster for the next 14 days. Please do not go into the SPA for the next 14 days while the plaster is curing. Please make sure that your renters (short or long term) understand this.

Entering the SPA within the next 14 days will void our warranty!

They are now filling the SPA. We will announce when you can start using the SPA.

Thanks for your patience and cooperation.
