Firewise update – Grant Information

Hello all,

We have received notification from Truckee Fire that through Measure T funds we will receive $31,280 to complete the skirting of first story decks that are a pathway for ember encroachment during a wildfire. The deck skirting is recommended by Truckee Fire and is a component of our Firewise Action Plan

This is the first grant we have ever received for our community!

Julie Ebert and Glen Rothell worked closely with Truckee Fire to follow the process to receive the funding and we are pleased we have been chosen as a funding recipient. We are hopeful that now that we have successfully participated in the process to apply for funding we will be able to apply again in the future to continue with our Wildfire Mitigation goals.

This is wonderful news for the community and the board and management would like to extend our gratitude to Julie and Glen for taking the time and responsibility of this task. Your efforts are appreciated!!

Pool and Spa (Hot Tub) status at the Boulders

Hello all,

While the HOA is making progress on the spa (hot tub), the work schedule is taking longer than expected.  These delays have impacted the pool’s projected opening date. This means the Pool will not be available Memorial Day weekend and might be delayed until the spa (hot tub) construction is near completion, which is currently expected to be on or near the 4th of July.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we need to ensure safety is the number one priority.

We will give updates if/when they are available.

Thank you kindly.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Street Construction on Deerfield Drive and Dolomite Way

You may have seen City Surveyors working at Deerfield Drive and Dolomite Way and marking the street. This work is part of the infrastructure for the Cold Stream development. The City will be adding a Roundabout at Deerfield Drive and Dolomite Way. The estimated start date is May 2026 and should last no more than 3 months. The City says the Dolomite Way entrance should be available during construction. If it is blocked for any reason, you can use the Boulders Road entrance.

If you have any questions, please contact Associa.

The Boulders Snowstorm Information, Feb 19 2026

Hello all,

The team is working around the clock to remove snow and clean up. With more snow coming, make sure you have enough provisions to stay safe and inside.

Please note cars should be parked in your garage and not in the street, guest parking or driveways. This prevents snow removal and limits areas for snow storage.

Thank you.

If you have any questions or concerns, simply reply to this email.

Be safe!!
