We have received an update from The Town of Truckee. Phase One of the Deerfield Drive improvement project will begin next week (6/15/2026). Construction of the new roundabout will have limited impact to the Dolomite Way entrance of The Boulders.
Intermittent closures may occur during the paving process. If Dolomite Way (west) entrance access is temporarily redirected, please use the Boulders Road (east) entrance until the road is clear and temporary closures are removed.

Just a reminder that the scheduled reroofing operations at 11574 Dolomite will begin Monday, 6/15. Barring weather delays, the project is scheduled for completion by 6/26. Please avoid parking in the immediate area during work hours. Residents of the building have been notified and should not park in their driveway while closed by the roofing crew. Go Green Roofing is the same vendor that has done roof replacements and repairs the last 2 summers. They are fast, safe, efficient, and have done high quality work. Any questions about the project should be directed to Town Square. Please avoid discussing any issues with the roofing crew.

The board and management would like to thank Sheila, and her husband, Bruce, for everything they have done for the HOA. The passion and countless hours volunteering for the community is invaluable.

The Pool is now open for use. We are still finishing up the last touches on the hot tub/spa, but the pool is currently open for use.
Management would like to thank the board, and more especially, Todd, for going above and beyond in an attempt to get the pool open ASAP.
We will update at a later time as to when the hot tub/spa will open, but we will need to close everything for a couple of days to get everything set up and inspected for the hot tub/spa.

Hello all,
We have received notification from Truckee Fire that through Measure T funds we will receive $31,280 to complete the skirting of first story decks that are a pathway for ember encroachment during a wildfire. The deck skirting is recommended by Truckee Fire and is a component of our Firewise Action Plan.
This is the first grant we have ever received for our community!
Julie Ebert and Glen Rothell worked closely with Truckee Fire to follow the process to receive the funding and we are pleased we have been chosen as a funding recipient. We are hopeful that now that we have successfully participated in the process to apply for funding we will be able to apply again in the future to continue with our Wildfire Mitigation goals.
This is wonderful news for the community and the board and management would like to extend our gratitude to Julie and Glen for taking the time and responsibility of this task. Your efforts are appreciated!!
