SPA update!

The SPA coping has been installed, and the contractor will start plastering the SPA today or tomorrow. Then they will fill the SPA with water and start adjusting the water chemistry.

We are in the final step of curing the plaster for the next 14 days. Please do not go into the SPA for the next 14 days while the plaster is curing. Please make sure that your renters (short or long term) understand this.

Entering the SPA within the next 14 days will void our warranty!

They are now filling the SPA. We will announce when you can start using the SPA.

Thanks for your patience and cooperation.

Pool and Spa (Hot Tub) status at the Boulders

Hello all,

While the HOA is making progress on the spa (hot tub), the work schedule is taking longer than expected.  These delays have impacted the pool’s projected opening date. This means the Pool will not be available Memorial Day weekend and might be delayed until the spa (hot tub) construction is near completion, which is currently expected to be on or near the 4th of July.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we need to ensure safety is the number one priority.

We will give updates if/when they are available.

Thank you kindly.

Hot Tub Status – Update 1/15/2026

Hello all,

We wanted to update the owners on the Hot Tub status after the last board meeting on 1/12/2026.

The board reviewed quotes at the meeting for replacement and made a unanimous decision to replace the spa. Based on the current timeline, construction should commence in the spring when the weather allows for concrete work. The construction and permit process will take at least 2 months and we are anticipating that the hot tub will be fully operational by June 1, 2026. In December, there were numerous leaks found in all the lines, as well as the jets, and the spa itself. There was a delay in getting quotes as this happened during the holidays.

We apologize for this inconvenience, please contact management should you have any further questions.

We will also update the timeframe once the project has been scheduled.

Thank you,

Justin Harkey

HOT TUB / SPA

Hello all,

Please be aware that the HOA is in the process of changing the sand filter at the pool/spa. The spa may appear hazy because of this, but we wanted to ensure you that it is safe and should be corrected soon. The chemistry of the water is safe.

Thank you,
Justin Harkly
