As we approach Memorial Day weekend, we want to take a moment to honor and remember the brave men and women who have served and sacrificed for our freedom. This is a time to reflect, pay tribute, and express our gratitude to those who have dedicated their lives to protecting our country.
Please note our office will be closed starting: Friday, May 23rd, 2025 at 3:00 PM, reopening on Tuesday, May 27th, 2025. To all HOA Members:
We had yet another incident at the Pool area yesterday evening. Thankfully, a HOA member called Truckee Police. The kids involved are known to the Police and we have filed a report. No damage was done.
It is up to all of us to be vigilant and remember this is private property and we bear the cost of any damage.
If you see unusual activity in the pool area or anywhere inthe complex, please call the Truckee police immediately:
