Be on the lookout for your ballots to elect two Board members. You can only vote for two candidates. Please follow the instructions in the mailer. Please return your ballots promptly but no later than December 3, 2026.
The Annual Members meeting is Scheduled for December 5, 2026.
The Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for Monday September 21st at 4:00PM VIA Zoom.

Please be aware that testing will begin on September 17th. There is no expectation that anyone will need to go inside your homes.
September 17th we will be checking all backflow and fire risers throughout the complex.

We are currently monitoring community violations especially parking of vehicles. Vehicles that are in violation of the governing documents as stated in the Rules and Regulations will be tagged for towing. Please review the attached Rules and Regulations for yourself and your tenants. We do not wish to have vehicles towed (at Owners/tenants) expense but everyone needs to abide by the established rules. Owners please provide a copy of the Bylaws Rules and Regulations to your renter/tenants so this does not cause issues for you also. There are many rules in your community that need to be enforced. Please be courteous to your fellow owners.
