We are currently monitoring community violations especially parking of vehicles. Vehicles that are in violation of the Community Bylaws will be tagged for towing. Please review the attached Community Bylaws for yourself and your tenants. We do not wish to have vehicles towed (at Owners’/Tenants’) expense but everyone needs to abide by the established rules. Owners, please provide a copy of the Bylaws to your renter/tenant so this does not cause issues for you also. There are many rules in your community that need to be enforced. Please be courteous to your fellow owners.
