Work Beginning Sep 6
Dear Homeowners,
This message is to inform you that work on our gutters and heat tape will commence tomorrow and will last roughly 1 to 2 weeks. We kindly request your cooperation throughout this process.
During this period, you may notice technicians and workers in and around your property, focusing on gutter and heat tape removal and/or repairs. To ensure the efficiency and safety of this maintenance, we ask that you and your family, guests, and tenants adhere to the following guidelines:
- Please avoid walking in or around the area where they are working
- Please do not engage with the workers while they are on-site
- Please refrain from requesting any additional work or services from the technicians, as their schedules are tightly planned to complete the necessary maintenance tasks
Your cooperation is greatly appreciated, as it will ensure a smooth, safe and efficient maintenance process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

The Boulders Candidate Solicitation Notice

Dear Boulders members,
The Annual Meeting of The Boulders Condominium Association is scheduled Saturday, December 2, 2023.
The secret ballot election of three (3) directors to serve on the board for the next two years is part of each year’s Annual Meeting. Members may nominate themselves as a candidate, the Board may nominate any member as a candidate, or candidates may also be nominated by the nominating committee, if one is appointed by the Board. Owners who wish to nominate themselves or another owner to be included on the written ballot should mail or e-mail a letter of nomination and brief candidate statement to me by Monday, October 2, 2023.

Payment Questions
Homeowners,
We appreciate the responses to our notice about our transition from CAMCO to Associa, and understand that you will have questions about where to send your monthly payment for September and October. We appreciate your diligence in ensuring timely payments and would like to provide you with the necessary information.
Payments for the month of September will not change. At this time, we have only just begun the transition process, so have not finalized any of the administrative details that may affect the payment process for October.
Rest assured, we will be actively working on resolving this matter, and we are committed to sharing the payment information for October with you as soon as it becomes available. Our team will be diligently working to ensure that you receive the necessary details well in advance of the payment deadline.

Please make sure to carefully review this email, as it contains important key dates and takeaways that require your attention.
We’re happy to announce that we have entered into a contract for Property Management services with Associa Sierra North, effective October 1.
With this change we’re bringing a fresh perspective and a number of positive changes that we believe will enhance your living experience.
From improved community services to enhanced communication, there’s a lot to look forward to. Following are some of the highlights:
- Shared Portfolio Manager (and assistant)
- Full-time, on-site Maintenance Person (to be hired)
- Proprietary software that allows you to:
- Access your account any time on any device
- Submit a work order and receive status updates on your request
- Easily submit an architecture request
- Review your account balance; pay online and manage your account
- Access association documents
- And more…
While we work on this transition CAMCO will continue to do most of the tasks they have been doing with the exception of receiving and reacting to requests from owners.
Starting this Friday, and throughout the month of September, all requests for repairs must be sent to:
