The Boulders Condominium Association Message to Owners About Deck Refurbishments in Spring Dear Boulders Owners, Please be advised that Associa Sierra North is creating a list of decks that need to be serviced this year when we do the 2024 Paint Project. If your deck needs woodwork or painting/staining, please let us know by April 19, 2024. You can do this by phone, email, Town Square, Association website, US Post or by dropping it off to our Reno office. This will ensure that your unit gets the necessary attention it deserves. You will be helping the Association attain more suitable bids for the painting project – specifically on the items we may not be able to see from the ground ad it will help us avoid some costly additional work orders. I would like to thank everyone in advance for the effort in making The Boulders a great place to live! Respectfully, Gary Kenyon, Supr. CAMAssocia Sierra North ** A complete list of owners who have reached out will be posted at a later date ** Should you have any questions about this notice or The Boulders Condominium Association, please let us know by email [email protected]sending us a message and/or request through Town Square or calling (775) 626-7333 https://truckeeboulders.com/home/homeowners/ Thank you for your attention to this matter and cooperation! |

Message to Owners About Spa
![]() ![]() ![]() Re: Message to Owners About Spa Dear Boulders Owners, This past weekend a group of young people had a party in our pool/Spa area. Alcohol and glass bottles were involved. The result of this unauthorized activity was broken glass on the pavement and bottles at the bottom of our spa, and blood in the clubhouse. Needless to say, this activity is dangerous for us and our guests, and is a violation of our CC&Rs. It required a specialized clean up crew, which, of course, is paid for through our assessments. In addition, someone added soap or bubble bath to the spa. This is terrible for the equipment as it creates too much air in the system, creating an air lock. It takes a lot of time to release it and it has a detrimental impact on our equipment. As owners it’s our responsibility to make sure all of our guests are aware of the rules and abide by them. Since we don’t have a security officer onsite, it’s up to all of us to police this type of activity. When we see it happening, ask the partiers to leave the area and make a phone call to Associa at 1-775-626-7333 to alert them to this activity. Leave the date, location and time so we can attempt to locate the perpetrators. When we do, the owner of the unit will be held responsible.
