We are currently monitoring community violations especially parking of vehicles. Vehicles that are in violation of the governing documents as stated in the Rules and Regulations will be tagged for towing. Please review the attached Rules and Regulations for yourself and your tenants. We do not wish to have vehicles towed (at Owners/tenants) expense but everyone needs to abide by the established rules. Owners please provide a copy of the Bylaws Rules and Regulations to your renter/tenants so this does not cause issues for you also. There are many rules in your community that need to be enforced. Please be courteous to your fellow owners.
