Dear Boulders Residents:

Beginning Monday, July 6, 2026 construction will begin, in order to reconfigure the front desk area at the Main office of Associa Sierra North: 10509 Professional Circle Suite 200. Construction is expected to continue throughout the month of July.

Please note the following important information:

• The front lobby will be closed M-F from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for all visitors.
• A payment lockbox will be installed in the lobby area to allow residents to drop off payments during the construction period.
