– MESSAGE FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS –
Dear Homeowners,
We would like to inform you of an update regarding this year’s election to fill two seats on the Board of Directors.
To date, we have received one candidate nomination form, and as a result, the following actions will be taken in line with the Davis-Stirling Act and our community’s Bylaws:
- The individual who submitted their nomination form will automatically join the Board of Directors.
- No balloting will take place for this election.
- The remaining open board seat will be filled by a majority vote of the current Board members following the close of the current term on December 7, 2024, at our annual meeting.
If you or someone you know is interested in joining the Board, please feel free to submit a nomination form at your earliest convenience. Late submissions will be considered as we seek to fill this important position.
