Civil Code §4041 Details

Dear Owner,

California Civil Code 4041 requires homeowners to provide annual written notice to their community association of the following:

› The member’s Preferred delivery method for receiving notices from the association, including the option of a mailing address and/or a valid email address.

› A Secondary delivery method (if any) for receiving notices from the association, including the option of a mailing address and/or a valid email address.

› The name, address and email address of the owner’s legal representative, if any, including any person with power of attorney or other person who can be contacted in the event of the owner’s extended absence from the separate interest.

› Whether the separate interest is owner-occupied, is rented out, if the parcel is developed but vacant, or if the parcel is undeveloped land.

IF ANY INFORMATION ON-FILE WITH THE ASSOCIATION NEEDS TO BE UPDATED, PLEASE USE THE FORM BELOW. THE SECONDARY ADDRESS AND LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE ARE OPTIONAL INFORMATION.

The Boulders Condominium Association Board Candidate Nomination Form Dear Property Owners, It is time to recruit TWO (2) new Board Members. The Board of Directors is a group of homeowners elected by YOU, the Members.  Board Members direct the administrative, social, and financial activities of the Association and they develop the operating budget each year.  Board Members make important decisions that affect all the Members.  No Experience is RequiredAs a Board Member you would need to attend the quarterly meetings and, on occasion, a Special Meeting or Executive Board Meeting.  Each homeowner elected to a position on the Board of Directors will serve a two year term.   If you are interested,  please click on the link below for the Candidate Nomination and Disclosure form and Candidate Informational Statement form.  Submit by no later than October 15, 2024 by 12pm to be included on the ballot.  No candidate forms will be accepted after the deadline and nominations will not be allowed from the floor during the Annual Meeting.
