Firewise Coalition Meeting
On June 12, 2024, I attended a meeting of the Firewise Coalition. I am on The Boulders BOD and a member of the Boulders Firewise Committee. The primary topic of this meeting was to discuss ways to make community members aware of what Firewise is. In the Boulders we are already aware of Firewise and have been designated a Firewise Community. We will be working with Truckee Fire to inspect our community in the near future. Following this inspection we will be making fire safety improvements, primarily to the landscape so we can continue to be designated a Firewise Community. Though it is not guaranteed, our hope is that this designation will help us retain our fire insurance.

Thank you to all who reported the need for repair and being patient while Todd found a solution. Please continue to let the Association know of any maintenance needs that you observe. The Spa should be fully operational by this weekend. Deck Refurbishments – Deadline is April 19, 2024

| The Boulders Condominium Association Message to Owners About Deck Refurbishments in Spring Dear Boulders Owners, Please be advised that Associa Sierra North is creating a list of decks that need to be serviced this year when we do the 2024 Paint Project. If your deck needs woodwork or painting/staining, please let us know by April 19, 2024. You can do this by phone, email, Town Square, Association website, US Post or by dropping it off to our Reno office. This will ensure that your unit gets the necessary attention it deserves. You will be helping the Association attain more suitable bids for the painting project – specifically on the items we may not be able to see from the ground ad it will help us avoid some costly additional work orders.
