Attention: Building 22 Elevator Update
We wanted to provide you with an important update regarding the elevator in Building 22 (11541 Dolomite Way), which has been out of service since February 28th due to compliance and other issues.
Todd has been actively working with both TK Elevator and Mountain Alarm to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the process has encountered delays:
- Recent Progress: Testing of the system was attempted on October 3rd, but a faulty breaker prevented the elevator from being powered on. This specific breaker (a 240w three-phase model) is no longer manufactured, and the electrician has been searching for a replacement.
- New Update: We’ve received word that a custom-made replacement breaker is currently being manufactured. The estimated time for this part to arrive is about three weeks. Once it’s installed, we’ll immediately schedule the necessary testing with both Mountain Alarm and TK Elevator to restore the elevator’s operation. Based on the current timeline, we expect the elevator to be back in service in roughly one month.
