Associa Direct Debit Program
The Direct Debit Program offered by Associa Sierra North is a convenient auto-pay system that allows your monthly assessments to be securely drafted from the bank account of your choice. Signing up is simple and requires only two items:

  1. A completed one-page enrollment form.
  2. A voided check from your selected bank account.

Why Join the Program?
By participating in this program, you’ll enjoy the convenience of automatic payments, ensuring your assessments are always on time. Additionally, you’ll be contributing to significant cost savings for the community, as this program helps us:

  • Reduce expenses associated with printing and mailing paper coupon books.
  • Lower administrative costs tied to late payment monitoring and billing inquiries.

A Community-Wide Benefit
Cost savings was a key topic of discussion during our Annual Meeting on December 7, 2024. By increasing participation in the Direct Debit Program, we can make a meaningful impact in reducing our association’s expenses, which benefits all homeowners.
