Payment Methods & Financial Info

Dear Owner,

There has been some confusion regarding the current methods of payment and about the 2023 special assessment. Please see below for some clarifications:

  • Coupon books were mailed out to all owners on Wednesday, October 11. The address on the coupons is for direct mail to the Association’s bank. Please only include payments and coupons in this envelope (no correspondence). If you own more than one property, please write separate checks for each property. Each property requires its own coupon and each coupon requires its own check. Separate checks are required so that the bank can apply the monies correctly to each account.
  • If you want to mail a check in before you get your coupon book you can request your account number by sending an email to jlopez@associasn.com. You can add the account to your check and send it to:

The Boulders Condominium Association
c/o Associa Sierra North
P.O. Box 63515
Phoenix, AZ 85082-3515

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (aka Direct Debit or ACH) – The easiest and most efficient option for payment is EFT. This automatically transfers the payment electronically from your bank account into the Association’s bank account between the 5th and 10th of the month. No coupons required and no service fees. There is a form below if you wish to sign up for this program. Please note that owners who use EFT will not be sent annual payment coupons. If at any time you change your payment method and/or you need payment coupons, just contact Associa Sierra North. Requests must be received by the 15th of the month to become effective by the following month.

  • Online – Pay through TownSq. See login/registration instructions below. This option allows you to pay out of your bank account or a credit card. Service fees apply.
  • Bill Pay with Your Bank – You may contact your bank and set up automatic or self-directed bill pay through your bank. You will need to provide them with the information located on the bottom of your coupon to include your account number and where to send the payment. Note, that your bank will generally send a paper check, so please set up to allow proper mailing time.
  • The special assessment will be on the same account as your regular monthly assessments. If you have chosen to pay this in six monthly installments rather than a lump sum, make sure to mark clearly in the memo line that it is for that purpose. The special assessment balance will show on your account ledger by the end of the month.

Please send all inquiries to Associa Sierra North

Notice to Boulders members re: parking issues

Hi everyone in the Boulders Condominium complex. Our Rules and CC&Rs are there to ensure the comfort and well-being of all of our members.

In recent items there have been several vehicles illegally parked. For example, RVs are not permitted to be parked in our complex and vehicles must not be parked on the street. This restricts access in the event of an emergency. Recent issues have been with tenants rather than owners. It is the owner’s responsibility to make tenants aware of the rules.

Here are the key sections regarding parking of vehicles.
1. No commercial vehicles or boats, trailers, recreational vehicles or campers may be parked or stored anywhere in the Project in any manner visible from the Common Area or another Unit. See, CC&Rs, § 3.7(b).
2. No vehicle shall park in a red zone, fire lane or in any manner which would block access to sidewalks, private driveways, access to or from the Project, or emergency vehicle access. The Board, local fire, police, or sheriff’s departments shall have the right to immediately remove all vehicles which are parked in a red zone or fire lane. See CC&Rs, §§ 3.7(a) & (f).

Please be aware of these rules and also make your tenants aware of them.

Many thanks to you all for your cooperation.

The Board of Directors
