Happy Memorial Day Weekend

Dear Community Members,

As we approach Memorial Day weekend, we want to take a moment to honor and remember the brave men and women who have served and sacrificed for our freedom. This is a time to reflect, pay tribute, and express our gratitude to those who have dedicated their lives to protecting our country.

Please note our office will be closed starting: Friday, May 23rd, 2025 at 3:00 PM, reopening on Tuesday, May 27th, 2025. During this period, our team will be unavailable, but we will resume normal operations on Tuesday, May 27th, 2025. Should you have an emergency, please contact our after hour service at 775-626-7333.

We wish everyone a meaningful Memorial Day weekend filled with remembrance and appreciation. Thank you to all who have served and continue to serve.

Pool Area Issue – Please Read!

To all HOA Members:

We had yet another incident at the Pool area yesterday evening. Thankfully, a HOA member called Truckee Police. The kids involved are known to the Police and we have filed a report. No damage was done.

It is up to all of us to be vigilant and remember this is private property and we bear the cost of any damage.

If you see unusual activity in the pool area or anywhere inthe complex, please call the Truckee police immediately:

Roofing Project to start on June 9th, 2025 (subject to change)

Hello all,

The Board wishes to notify the owners that the HOA is starting the roofing project on 2 buildings (11438 Dolomite Way and 10620 Boulders Rd.), starting on June 9th, 2025 (subject to change) and will be completed in about 3 weeks.
