Wanted to let you know that our landscape crew will begin applying pre-emergent to the property starting this week.

They will be using blue dye during the application to help the crew identify which areas have already been sprayed and ensure proper coverage. The dye is safe for animals and is temporary. It typically takes about 2–3 days to fade and should be completely gone within a week.

You may want to let your tenants know of this application.
