Civil Code §4041 Details

Dear Owner,

California Civil Code 4041 requires homeowners to provide annual written notice to their community association of the following:

› The member’s Preferred delivery method for receiving notices from the association, including the option of a mailing address and/or a valid email address.

› A Secondary delivery method (if any) for receiving notices from the association, including the option of a mailing address and/or a valid email address.

› The name, address and email address of the owner’s legal representative, if any, including any person with power of attorney or other person who can be contacted in the event of the owner’s extended absence from the separate interest.

› Whether the separate interest is owner-occupied, is rented out, if the parcel is developed but vacant, or if the parcel is undeveloped land.

What do I need to do?
