Dear Owners,

Please find linked below documents pertaining to your Association’s budget, policies and disclosure requirements.  Please take a moment to read these documents carefully as each is important to the operation of your Association and may impact you or your home.

***Per  Civil Code § 4041: This package has been sent by USPS Post delivery service for all owners who have not “opted in” to receive communications electronically.  Please refer to page 68 & 69 which includes a form to return to Associa indicating your 2024 preferred method of delivery.
