Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (“CC&Rs”): Rights and obligations of Homeowners Association to its members, and vice versa.
Bylaws: The fundamental rules by which an organization governs itself.
Rules and Regulations: A more specific, condensed version of the CC&Rs. This document can clarify or provide more detail than the CC&Rs.
