In an effort to organize the open maintenance tickets and ensure that each item is addressed, these tickets will be moved to the “ON HOLD” status, this may show the ticket has been closed on your end, but please know that it is not closed. Should you have any issues, please contact management directly as most of these items are ongoing and repairs are being addressed in the order of priority. If you are aware of an open ticket and the item has been addressed or repaired, please let us know if possible.
