The objective of this site is to provide an Owner information resource and a public face for the Community. Developed for us by our talented owner, Cathy Switzer, the website contains:

– A list of Board and committee members, and an easy link to volunteer for committees
– Contact information for CAMCO
– Our governing documents
– Board meeting minutes and agendas
– General news
– A “Frequently Asked Questions” (FAQ) section that will help owners find answers to common questions. This section also allows owners to offer content, formatting, and design suggestions to our webmaster.
– Easy access to community resources

In order to access the protected Homeowner section you will need the following password: myhoa123.  This part of the site is intended only for Owners, so the password should not be shared with lessees or tenants.
