We’re happy to announce that we have entered into a contract for Property Management services with Associa Sierra North, effective October 1.
With this change we’re bringing a fresh perspective and a number of positive changes that we believe will enhance your living experience.
From improved community services to enhanced communication, there’s a lot to look forward to. Following are some of the highlights:
- Shared Portfolio Manager (and assistant)
- Full-time, on-site Maintenance Person (to be hired)
- Proprietary software that allows you to:
- Access your account any time on any device
- Submit a work order and receive status updates on your request
- Easily submit an architecture request
- Review your account balance; pay online and manage your account
- Access association documents
- And more…
While we work on this transition CAMCO will continue to do most of the tasks they have been doing with the exception of receiving and reacting to requests from owners.
Starting this Friday, and throughout the month of September, all requests for repairs must be sent to:
